Internet Resources and Applications

I am currently working on my master’s degree in Library and Information Science. In order to be a professional librarian, one must have a master’s. August of 2008, I started classes at the University of Southern Mississippi. I am one semester away from completing my degree. I will be working on my master’s project next semester and graduating in May. The program is and has been entirely on line.

This semester I am taking three classes. This entry is for one of those classes. The class is LIS 558: Internet Resources and Applications. The beginning of this course was a little technological advanced. The text we were working out of was little hard to understand, but I have learned a lot. I was able to create a web page using HTML. Although the HTML I used was basic, it was HTML none the less.
